We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of all our executive and premium chairs. However, all product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided for reference purposes only and may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

Assembly instructions (if applicable) will be included with the product package.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Packing cost not included in price, therefore, extra as per actual.
Freight cost for delivering goods to any destinations would be extra.
No warranty on Leatherette.
No warranty on Chrome plating.
All orders will be accepted against PO with 50% Advance and Balance before delivery.
Our responsibility ceases as goods leave our premises.
Dimensions, Specifications may change without any prior notice due to continuous product development & research.
Knee tilt, Syncro knee tilt and torsion bar cost extra on actual basis.
Items marked subject to availability of confirmation.
All Disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
Colour shown in catalogues/ fabric shade cards might be different/ dissimilar from actuals.

Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We offer shipping within India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided.

Returns and Refunds

Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact customer service for assistance.

Intellectual Property
